What we know about the death of Millwork’s Millworker: A look at the investigation

Millwork District Dubuque police said Monday that they were conducting an investigation into the death in January of a woman who fell while walking on a woodgrain millworker’s property.

Police say a man was taken into custody in connection with the death.

Police spokeswoman Jennifer De La Rue said the investigation is ongoing.

De La Rue declined to provide more information about the case, saying the investigation was still underway.

A post on Millwork social media pages on Saturday said the millworker was found unconscious at his home.

It said he was transported to the hospital where he later died.

The post was later deleted.

A Millwork worker said he did not know who found the woman’s body.

Millwork said in a statement that it has taken the safety of the millworkers and staff seriously.

The statement said it would cooperate fully with the investigation.

Millwork said that it is cooperating with the coroner’s office in its investigation and that it would “do everything in our power to help the family, friends and community heal and be able to move forward with their lives.”

Millwork has about 4,200 workers, according to the millwork website.
